WHAT ARE REFURBISHED/ OPEN-BOXED/ UNBOXED PRODUCTS? WHY SHOULD I BUY THEM?
Refurbished have been restored to like-new condition by the original manufacturer, tested just like a brand-new item, and often come with a full warranty. Certified refurbished items are simply refurbished items that are certified by some source. Certified guys in lab coats and glasses only release phones that pass 60 point inspection. Once it passes quality control, we pack it in brand new packaging. Then, it is sealed and ready to deliver with the Ducart at a discounted price. So, yeah you can still savor opening up your brand new phone, because it is.
WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED?
We accept Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking and Cash cards for online payments. You can also avail Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option depending upon your location.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR OUTSIDE OF INDIA DELIVERY?
At present we Do Not deliver outside of India.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order and are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Cancellation will be accepted only if the order if the order has not been processed from our end.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send a confirmation e-mail once the order is dispatched from our warehouse which contains a tracking code you can use to track your order.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS RECEIVED IN BAD CONDITION?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us mentioning your order id. We will personally ensure that a new product replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
DO YOU PROVIDE A NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN POLICY?
We provide replacements for all our customers within 7 days of purchase in case there is a fault with the product, or mismatch. However, we cannot replace or refund a product in case of accidental damage by the user, or in case the product works but the user does not 'like' it.
